Payment
We gladly accept payment by Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. Please note that your credit card statement will show
as the transaction description.
Shipping
Allow up to 7 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) before your order is shipped plus transit time. You must provide a street address for delivery as UPS will not deliver to PO, APO, or FPO boxes.
Returns
Please review the return policy below before returning merchandise or processing a claim for items damaged during shipping.
- If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a refund or store credit, less a 25% restocking fee.
- All returns must be in original saleable condition, 100% complete, with all packaging material, manuals, and accessories.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Please email us within 5 days of merchandise receipt and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- All returned items must be accompanied by the original packing slip and RMA number.
- You may want to insure your returned items, as we cannot be responsible for damaged, lost, or misdirected shipments.
- Refunds will be processed after satisfactory completion of these conditions.
- Please contact us within 5 days of receiving damaged merchandise. Keep all packaging materials, as they may be needed to file a claim with the carrier.
