Where To Walk
Clearly, you can walk just about anywhere and everywhere. There are a few restrictions, of course; the outfield grass at Yankee Stadium, the Rose Garden at the White House, and Bill Gates' backyard are more than likely off limits to you - but for the most part, you've got unlimited options available for walking locations. Try a few. Start by strolling through your own neighborhood. Become aware of the sights and sounds of the area, the busy intersections, the house with that big dog watching you from the front porch, the store windows and the landscaping of your neighbors.
You may gain a new appreciation for your neighborhood, or you might decide that it's time to move. You'll certainly get to see your area from a different perspective. As much as you may enjoy these walks, your neighborhood is just one option. Is there a nice park nearby? How about a lake with a walking path? You may even decide to visit and hiking trail and ramble through hill and dale. There are many different ways to enjoy the fresh air of the great outdoors through walking.
