What Should You Wear?
The answer is simple - whatever you are comfortable wearing. Another factor on your path to awareness is your walking wardrobe. Loose fitting clothing comes in some many shapes, sizes, colors, lengths, sizes and fabrics that you should have no problem making choices. As you become more aware of how your body reacts during walking, you'll be better able to determine what clothing you'll need on what days, how to layer your clothing, and what you'll need to protect yourself from environmental stresses.
Sneakers, also known as walking shoes, are another story. As you become more aware of your particular stride, you'll learn what type of footwear is best for you. We all walk differently, and for each different type of stride, there is an appropriate type of footwear.
